4. Subscriptions, Refunds, and Cancellations
- If you subscribe to a paid plan, you may cancel your subscription anytime through the app interface under "Manage your subscription." Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
- No refunds are issued for unused time after cancellation or for annual subscriptions.
- Refunds are only available if requested within 14 days of the original charge.
5. Intellectual Property and Restrictions
We (or our licensors) own all rights to the logo, designs, images, text, and other content on the Service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service, but you may not:
- Reproduce or publicly display the Service or its content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without permission

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, OR $100 IF YOU HAVEN’T MADE ANY PAYMENTS.
